भैरहवा विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र (SEZ) लुम्बिनी प्रदेशमा २००३ मा स्थापित, भैरहवा विमानस्थलबाट ४ किलोमिटर र गौतम बुद्ध अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलबाट १० किलोमिटर, भैरहवा बेलहियामै बाइपास राजमार्गबाट २०० माइल टाढा। नेपाल देशको पहिलो निर्यात मुखी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र हो। यो ५२ बिघामा फैलिएको छ र १,४०० देखि ३,७०० वर्ग मिटर सम्मको ६९ औद्योगिक जग्गाहरू प्रदान गर्दछ।
सेजको निर्माण २००३ मा सुरु भएको थियो, जसको प्रशासनिक भवन नोभेम्बर २०१४ मा उद्घाटन गरिएको थियो। यो कदमले अन्य प्रोत्साहनहरूसँगै उद्योगहरूको चासो बढाएको छ। जुलाई २०२४ सम्ममा, सबै ६९ जग्गाहरू भाडामा लिइएका थिए,
निरन्तर पूर्वाधार सुधार र नीतिगत संशोधनहरूसँगै, भैरहवा विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्रले औद्योगिक गतिविधि बढाउने, निर्यात बढाउने र रोजगारीका अवसरहरू सिर्जना गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ, जसले नेपालको आर्थिक विकासमा उल्लेखनीय योगदान पुर्याउँछ।
